The fab direction
Build a fab that can improve and be reproduced.
Our intended first fab class is high-mix advanced packaging: small lots, integration, qualification, and repair. It must fit today’s suppliers, materials, equipment, power, people, cost, and safety.
Qualified process cells could share measurements, product history, and quality records. Engineers use that evidence to propose a change; a qualified owner approves or rejects it. Existing suppliers remain an option when they do the job better.
